All of our products are manufactured to very high standards, and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.However, if there are quality issues(Damaged, defective or incorrect items ), we can offer an make a new or refund.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days after delivery.You can choose a refund or get another pair of the same shoes for free.
Refunds will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Customized products are non damaged and cannot be refund or exchanged. Our website provides customization services, and we will customize materials,logo, and other services according to your needs. We will confirm with you one by one during the production process until you confirm that the product is satisfactory before shipping. Therefore, customized products are undamaged and cannot be refund.
How to refund?
Send email to tracieshoes@gmail.com,add the order number you want to refund, please attach pictures of the shoes, and we will have customer service handle it for you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or get a new shoes in 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tracieshoes@gmail.com.
International Exchanges
